Just got my my new car from Automax, I can not stop smiling. The service was excellent. Corey was my sales consultant and he went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. When I first arrived I was willing to leave with a vehicle to drive but I'm actually leaving with a vehicle I wanted... love these guys..

THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF! I went to purchase a car. I was in a rush and didn't have time to really look. My credit wasn't the best and I knew I wasn't going to be in something that I really wanted. The guy was very helpful (I don't remember his name). So about 2 weeks after I had the car the check engine light came on. I described to the mechanic and he said it probably needed a tune up. He wanted me to drop the car off and he said it would take about 3 days. Also he said that the warranty night not cover it. One how was I going to get to and from work? And what they mean the warranty might not cover it? So I was a couple days late on my note and when I went to turn it on ur started to beep. It has startled me ace I thought something was wrong. It was Labour Day and they was closed. The next day I called and they informed me that a device was put in the car so if I was too not pay my note in a timely manner they can shut it off. NEVER did anyone tell me when I purchased the car that they would have that installed. My car note is extremely high for the car I have and it's not even nice. I'm thinking about just giving that junk back. This place would paint you a bucket and sell it to you. BE CAREFUL

Andrew was as good as they come.. he pretty much allowed the car to sell itself.... We came discouraged but left encouraged... I appreciate what you have done for me and m wife....a beautiful affordable late birthday present.

The salesman I had was wonderful the process and the process went smoothly the first my moms van was amazing and the last van I bought from there was amazing but the one we got near the beginning of this year was the biggest disappointment ever it was a money pit after the first week and still is I cannot wait to pay it off and try to get a new vehicle from a dealership. As far as payments go they worked with us when we signed for it so they are decently priced payments for the vehicle.

Found this dealership through the app 5 miles. Andrew Martinez asked me about the cars I was interested in one time during the application process and not another time afterwards. Didn't even look at cars advertised on the app.

 Most of the cars I was shown wouldnt even start. The ones that did sounded like they had serious problems. After I wasn't impressed and decided not to buy a car, Andrew was rude.
 
On my way home I was confused how they could have so many positive reviews when my experience was so different. I left a review detailing my experience. 

Andrew replied to my review and made fun of my situation being a young first time buyer. He then claimed that I was trying to buy a brand new car, when every car i asked about was more than ten years old.
  
The next day my comment was removed. That along with fake reviews is how this dealer maintains positive ratings. 

They flaunt helping people with bad or no credit, but I was repeatedly told that I had plenty of money and I just needed to establish credit before I could qualify for a decent car. 

Overall bad experience. I do not recommend.
