AJ's Nice Cars is a family-owned and operated dealership that has been in business since 1985. We serve Arlington and the Metroplex from the same location for over 23 years. Our inventory is totally serviced before sale. From oil changes, to new belts and tires, new brakes, shocks/struts, new timing belts and water pumps, etc. We'll do our best to make you happy and at the same time save you money when you buy or service your vehicle at our dealership. 99% of our inventory comes from the North Texas area.

Cynthia and the owner bent over backwards to present me with a 2010 Honda in great shape. They performed the requested tire rotation, free of charge, detailed it again, and since the front & back floor mats were missing, they installed brand new floor mats, also free of charge. One word of caution about price: the owner is an extremely adept haggler. Don't expect too much of a discount from the asking price, so do your homework and be aware of wholesale and retail NADA data. But all in all, I bought an excellent car in great shape from AJ's, and I am very, very satisfied with it.

After several calls to arrange a visit to AJ's, I traveled from out of state to Dallas. Was initially met by Christina for an inspection and a test drive of the vehicle. The vehicle was presented as advertised and I was completely satisfied that it was indeed in excellent condition. I spoke to Ronnie and made an offer, which was accepted. We proceeded to the office and met Matilda, to complete the paperwork and take possession. Once completed, I was handed the keys and departed. The entire process was stress free and accomplished in short order. Christina and Matilda are excellent representatives of AJ's Nice Cars. Personable, professional, and knowledgeable best describe these two employees. I highly recommend AJ's be considered when shopping for a quality pre-owned automobile...I'll be back, and look forward to working with Christina and Matilda in the future...5 Stars!!!

Absolutely No! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The cars may look good on the surface but they are not worked on where it really matters. They do a decent job of detailing but under the hood, brakes, air conditioning, engine, exhaust, etc, are worked on just enough to pass the test drive. They use an inspection shop that passes the car and shouldn't. If you're are stupid enough to consider buying one, take it to your mechanic on the test drive. They will do everything they can to keep you from doing that including preposterous lies. Good luck if you purchase one, you'll need thousands to bring it up to good running condition. Simply, there are many other dealers to consider.

We came back from Australia in 2013 and landed in Dallas, TX at the Embassy hotel. We had been in contact with another dealer to purchase a care but he tried the old "bait and switch" even though we had put a deposit on it from Australia to pick up and pay the balance when we got there. So we had to find a way back to our hotel as we did not expect to have to rent a car. That evening daughter found several cars that suited our needs. AJ's was the first one we called on for a 1997 White Chevrolet Suburban. We asked if someone could come by an pick us up. Even though it was 30 minutes away they came and got us to look at their car. It was exactly as pictured and as described over the phone. I am somewhat mechanically inclined having rebuilt a few cars and owned a Suburban before so knew that the transmission had been rebuilt, but that was to be expected on these vehicles. They did not do the work as all the service records were still in the glove box. They titled it for 60 days which the previous dealer said could not be done, we drove it out that day which the previous dealer said could not be done and they even put gas into the car for us. We paid with my debit card. Had a small issue, but that was worked out. Bank was in Australia so of course there was some hitches. We drove the vehicle back to the hotel, put our luggage into it and drove it to Kansas City. We owned that vehicle for 2 years before ANYTHING broke on it and that was a fuel pump which we fixed. We still have it today, just redid all the underneath parts and in process of redoing the interior only because this is something I like to do. Our experience with AJ's was nothing but great. In fact we are thinking of making a trip down to buy another vehicle. It is my opinion that people who go into dealerships and expect financing just do not read the contracts. If you agree to pay the amount stated the pay it. IF you are late they have EVERY RIGHT to take the car back as EVERY CONTRACT states. AND people are right always take a mechanic to look at a used care. AJ's and every other dealer is not going to catch every bad thing on a car. They are there to sell cars, not restore them. IF there is a problem then gather up ALL the issues and present them all at once to be fixed. If there is a warranty then they can be fixed, but if it is sold as is where is then you should have no complaints as YOU BOUGHT IT AS IT IS. You are not going to get free repairs if it says, "SOLD AS IS" and "NO WARRANTY" on the sticker. Get over yourself and learn to be a smart consumer, not a whiny entitled jerk who thinks the world owes them everything. The world owes you nothing and you are responsible for yourself. BUT If you treat people bad do not expect them to treat you like royalty, you get treated exactly as you treat others there.

When you pull up the website it says God Bless AJ's nice cars. I am a witness he does. He has blessed the lot, the people that work for AJ's and the customers. I have purchased cars at numerous lots in my lifetime but never have I ever had a group of people help me like this group. Christina is an angel. She goes above and beyond to help and she keeps you informed. She also tries to minimize the costs. I had some issues with my car and even though they don't have to help they did. Turns out there were recalls on it. The repairs cost me nothing. I love this place. Can't wait to buy another car from them.
