As a 50 yr old man, who has purchased over a dozen cars in my life, I must say that I have NEVER had a better experience buying a car at a dealership! The team at Vandergriff should be held up as the model for excellence in the auto sales industry! Miles, Kennedy and Prosper are truly exceptional, honest and knowledgeable staff! Look for them when you shop Vandergriff and consider yourself fortunate! To say that I highly recommend this dealership and their staff, would be a GROSS understatement! Drive past the others and go straight to Vandergriff. Get treated with respect and drive away with a high quality vehicle at a fair price. Thanks Team Vandergriff! Expect me, my friends and family in the future to shop there and ONLY there!

I have not bought a lot of cars in the past mainly because of the painful experience of trying to get a good deal. But I've bought enough of them and from enough dealers to know that Vandergriff does it right. Vandergriff has it down so well now with their online applications that the only time we spent was agreeing on a deal, once that was done everything went fast. Not one time was I pressured and even after the sale was complete the entire staff involved has followed up to make sure my experience was the best. No doubt at all I will remain part of the Vandergriff family and will recommend to anyone I know looking for a used or new car to go talk with a Vandergriff dealer. This was my fifth from them (2 used and 3 new) over a 20 year span and I always find myself coming back.

Ask for Prosper. Phenomenal guy. Great to work with. The sales manager, Ray, was also a pleasure as was Kennedy, whom rode with me on the test drive. I'd give those guys 5 stars. The process is a different story. Nearly knocked off one star because the advertised price was less than the out-the-door price due to the Toyota Certification. It's irritating, but the reality is I'm happy with the deal. We were able to come to a price I felt comfortable with, and not a single one of these guys put pressure on me to buy. It's worth noting should the upper level management see this, I would have been in the door with the advertised price in addition to the price of the certification. I went in ready with my own financing, and they were able to beat it through a well known third party. Duy in financing made the process quick and easy. A lot of the complaints I'm seeing are due to a lack of research on the buyer's end. It's a car dealership. Plain and simple. I have no doubt this dealer has its share of assholes (as do all of them), but on this day, I didn't meet a single one.

Dung was very helpful for my wife and I. We needed to get into a car to accommodate our soon to be little family. We walked in with a plan knowing the style of vehicle we wanted as well as the price range we wanted to stay in. Dung brought us One vehicle and it ended up being the one we drove away in that night. Was a painless fast process. When you go to this location ask for Dung and he will be a blessing to you and your family. Will be visiting him again when we are ready for our next vehicle.

Can we give negative stars?!? Vandergiff Toyota is full of crooks. I purchased a car February 2016. After spending the entire day there I was called back that night around 7 to come back in because "I signed the wrong paperwork". I should have realized something was up then, but I went back in and he assured me there were no changes made. A few months later when I went in for an oil change I was told I didn't purchase a maintenance package BUT I had on the original paperwork. I was told it was too late to add one to my car note and I would have to purchase a separate package. After going all the way up to the owner and getting no help I decided to purchase this package I was offered. It was $568 for 6 years. I paid in full. Every oil change since then has been a hassle. The most recent one I went to another Toyota dealership where they informed me someone cancelled my maintenance agreement on 5/7/17. Question here -- why would I cancel something that I fought to have and is worth 6 years of maintenance?? I was forced to pay for my oil change -- $60. I called Vandergriff because I was told someone there cancelled it. The financial manager tells me they can't find any proof that I ever purchased such an agreement (I had the signed contract in hand). He advised me to get reinstated or get a refund I have to provide the proof because their financial department just loses contracts and receipts apparently. I had to pay my credit card company $20 for the statement. So all and all I'm out $648.00 and have yet to be reinstated. What happened to customer care? Never again will I purchase a car with this company. If you decide to pay very close attention to everything said and done.
