I’ve come to Hiley Mazda for regular maintenance and they always seem to have clean and orderly facilities. As it turned out, Mike Wilkerson recognized me as a loyal customer and inquired on my happiness as a Mazda owner. As it turned out, he was interested in establishing a customer relationship that resulted in me upgrading to a newer Mazda that I’ve always wanted. He was never forthcoming nor pressured me into the sale, and he was very understanding and did his best to meet my needs as a driver in search of an excellent car. It was a pleasure doing business with him, as he represents Hiley Mazda very well. Mikes demonstrates ethical salesmanship, and I got a vehicle I can be proud of. Mission accomplished!

Mike Wilkerson was an awesome asset when we were looking to replace our recently stolen vehicle. He was kind, patient and understanding of our recent loss, and offered solid advice. We were impressed that Mike and Seth, his Sales Manager, understood our situation, and worked with us for a quick and positive buying experience. We will definitely find our future vehicles at Hiley Mazda, and we encourage everyone to go see Mike and Seth for a great deal!

I recently purchased a Mazda3 and let me just say, I LOVE IT! This is my 3rd vehicle I’ve purchased from Hiley & Carlos is THE BEST!! I was unsure of what i was wanting and he recommended the Mazda3. I told him exactly what I wanted and what I was looking for and I couldn’t be any happier with my choice. He’s attentive and respectful and listened to what I needed. I would 100% recommend Carlos. His knowledge made this process go by sooo quick! I honestly don’t think I could ever buy a car anywhere else.

My mother and I drove 5 hours out to find a vehicle, and finally came across this dealership. Mike, with the dapper handlebar mustache was very personable, and also helped as bearded Brad got us rolling with the paperwork. It felt like there was a whole team behind us trying to help. Sara was very kind and quick finalizing the deal, and I got a great deal on a car! We are hurricane Harvey victims, and I feel like they really helped us with all of the chaos. I was very happy with my experience, these are great people who aren't going to lie to make a sale. I recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car!

Carlos is absolutely amazing. I went in thinking the whole process was going to be very stressful, fast paced, and a lot of pressure. However, Carlos proved that not to be the case. He explained things in a lot of detail, gave me many options within or around a budget I was comfortable with.

          I was also very nervous and anxious because I was rear ended not long before in my first accident. So driving again and in a brand new car was very unsettling. But Carlos spent some time to talk to me, understand those feelings, and gave me reassurance. I'm very grateful for that. Now, I love my new vehicle and get more and more comfortable and happy with my decision each passing day. 

          He also connected with the rest of my family and answered all the questions they had as well. This too made me feel better about the car buying process. He made sure we all felt confident and proud of our decision and new vehicle. Everything turned out to be much simpler and less stressful than we previously thought. Thank you so much Carlos and everyone else that helped make this possible.
