It was very disappointed talking to their female salesman and her calling us n we told her what we can do n what we can afford.  She agrees on it so we go up there n went over it again n then they walk us in to another office with another person and was told something totally different than what we agreed on with sales person.  Then they ran our credit 8 different times.  I don't think so because we never gave them permission to do such thing.  The worst experience ever. Credit thing will get taken care of.  We were lied to by their sales person and I want send no one I know up there. We let it go but on the credit thing we will not let that go.

I made what I thought was a great deal, I only had it in my possession for 2 weeks then I had to take it back to the service center, its been there for 2 weeks and I have been getting the run around since then with no replacement car, no new vehicle .. very disappointed . they were quick to make a sale, but now I'm without a truck, now they are telling me its going to be another 3 weeks because the motor needs to be replaced, and still getting the run around, on getting a new truck. now I'm just going to have to return the truck and call it a loss and go somewhere else.. The only reason I came in was because my husbands family sweared by it,

I was working with Marco and Alex. They used pushy car salesmen tactics to sell me a 2006 H2 with 170,000 miles, that as soon as I drove it off the lot. The check engine light came on. The oil pressure gauge went haywire. It was obvious they had got over on me. Then come to find out they never got me approved for the loan. I would never recommend buying a car from this place. It is the typical nightmare you expect when you go to division street in Arlington. Stay away.
