I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a used car. They are fair with the pricing and hassle free. The other places we went to, we felt pressured just while we were looking, but not here. Very laid back and followed through with everything we were told. My daughter and I are very pleased with the overall experience from Mondial and I will absolutely be using them in the future!

No ordinary Sales People or Car Lot!!  Sam was a very friendly, upfront and honest guy he was not your average Sales Person! All vehicles were very well maintained, clean and in excellent running condition!  We had an excellent and comfortable ride back to Tulsa, OK.....  We were out-of-state buyers and we appreciated the fact that Sam gave us accurate information about the vehicle(s) that we were interested in purchasing.  No pressure to buy from Sam because his cars spoke for themselves as we could plainly see and paperwork was done very quickly! We are very satisfied with the transaction and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy!!!

Terrible experience with these so called "salesman". First off Sam is terrible with response time that ranged anywhere from 5 hours to 24 hours. In addition, I also had a really bad experience with their "deposit policy". I let them know that I'd be traveling from California to pickup the car. They told me that I would have to put down a deposit of $200 down so they could hold the car for me. I was perfectly fine with that. I let them know I wasn't going to be able to come in that upcoming weekend and that I'd be able to come in the next weekend. After finding out that my employer was not allowing me to take the time off on weekends I let them know that their was no way I was going to be able to come and purchase the car. I texted Sam letting him know of my situation with my employer and asked for a full refund of my $200 to my credit card. He said "No we held the car too long for you". I immediately called him and he said that there was no way they were going to be able to give me a refund because they have been holding the car for 3 weeks. When in reality the deposit was made 9 days ago from that moment, I even had the bank statement to prove it. I asked him to reason with my situation and he said that their was no way he could. He insisted that they had been holding the car for three weeks which was a ridiculous claim. I'm not sure if he was trying to take advantage of the fact that I'm younger (22) and he thinks I don't know any better but I'm not an idiot. I never signed a contract, agreed to anything, nor is their a law that states that I can't have my refund.  When I told him this I could tell he knew I was right because he told me he would give $100 of the $200 that I deposited. I insisted that he refund me the full amount. Then he began to laugh, "That were actually disputing over $200". What kind of business is this? Luckily I made the deposit through a credit card and I was able to make the dispute. I spoke to one of the bank representatives and he said theirs no doubt that I should get my refund back. Beware this guy is a thief and a liar.

Very good variety of cars. Genuine salesman who knows what he is doing. Will answer any question you have. Is very honest and sells good valuable cars at a very competitive price, and very good history service. Will take care of his customers the best. Absolutely smooth buying process. Definitely looking at this place first for used cars. Made me and my family very proud owners of the Honda Odyssey. Worry free business.

Most wonderful car buying experience of my life. Sam is awesome. He made the experience so painless. Would be pleased to have the pleasure of purchasing from him again in the future.
