I needed 17$ Cashback one morning and cashier gave me huge grief about it. I spent 7$ in overpriced items for the privilege of being snapped at by clerk when I attempted to get more than the 10$ daily limit. Well, you successfully got rid of my business. Perhaps, it was too much for her to have the 1 guest in the store?

The customer service here at the 7-Eleven was below expectations the worst service I've ever experienced in a 7-Eleven and I love 7-Eleven but this one has bad customer service

This 7-11 is trashy.  Not only is the inside dirty, they are charging convenience prices on food products that they expect you to heat up there.  Ive been to several 7-11 store throughout florida.  This has got to be the most non carong about their customer base one yet.   Ill be getting my $70 in fuel and $5-$15 of snacks and beverages elsewhere after today

The two women working the over night shift denied me service. I went in to try to buy Pepto Bismal because someone in my home isn’t feeling well. She told me “the system is down so I can’t ring anything up”, but I honestly feel like she said that because she was trying to restock and didn’t want to help me. Please find better service or help at your stores. This is very unprofessional and not okay.

Location convenient but check what you buy often misplace items make you think they are cheaper. Check the details if what you intend to buy. Recent night staff not very friendly
