The drive-thru employee was very friendly and understood everything we ordered completely. She made sure we ordered everything we wanted and didn't seem to be in a rush to push us through like other Starbucks locations we have been to. She also politely reassured us that our items were made properly when asked. We have been burned by a couple of locations when our drinks have not been made with almond milk. It also was not a very busy location! So overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I will definitely stop back by this location again!  Dietary restrictions: Almond milk for those who are lactose intolerant.

I always get the worst customer service from the morning team at drive thru. Unfortunately it’s the closest one to my house so I come here but when I have the option I go elsewhere. You get made fun of for being a frequent customer and they aren’t even discreet about it. I just get my coffee and go about my day. Not worth the effort to argue with kids that lack customer service.

I got a venti mocha frappachino with extra chocolate. It was ok. Honestly I can make, and have made better at home for less than 50 cents if you break down the cost of each product by how much I used. I make extra strong coffee, cool it down then pour in ice trays to freeze then use those as ice for my frozen mocha drinks. This one from starbucks didn't seem to have any ice in it. It was more like a very thin mocha shake..almost watery. I don't think that is how they are supposed to be. The cost was a bit over $7, having been charged $1 for my requested extra chocolate. I will.continue to make my drinks at home...

My drinks have been consistent and tasty. I got a hair in my bakery item, nonetheless, the drive-thru worker was very friendly and personable.

The employees are friendly and helpful. This Starbucks is very clean too. I hosted a meeting here and it was the perfect spot. Free wifi is a huge plus!Food: 5/5

The store on Park Ave in Winter Park is my monthly ritual and the never let me down. Iced Caramel Macchiato is one of my favsFood: 5/5

Friendly location, busy during the 10:00 a hour so plan ahead. The baristas were awesome and will assist with substitutes for items that arent available.

Excellent service and the coffee maker "Cory" made the hot mocha super delicious, thanks!!

Every time I get delivery there's no straw, or whipped cream with the pumpkin spices... they other Starbucks always get it right, it's just this store. Trying to drink a iced pumpkin spice latte without the cream and topping and NO STRAW... disappointed

This location is becoming one of my go-to spots for getting my weekly Starbucks fix.  Not only are the shelves & ingredients stacked, but the entire location is clean & uncrowded every time I arrive. And the staff are friendly & patient with the customers - definitely the spot to relax & do some computer work at!  Parking: The parking lot is always open &amp; wheelchair accessible, with a drive through for those looking for a pit-stop.  Wheelchair accessibility: The front doors &amp; entire parkway is wheelchair friendly - even the outside patio.
