The store is a mess and the price and goods  doesn't much nd confusing the customers; I bought core power 42g apears as 3.89 nd when I paid told me 4.99 :/.....Moreover, the employees are ignorantnd cashier was rude and disrespectful  I'll nevet come bk more again!! Good morning readers it is February 8th 2023 1048 a.m. having just stopped at the 7-Eleven I am blown away truly by the monumental politeness cleanliness and stock of the shelves. The lady behind the counter was more than gracious and warm the other lady just as welcoming. For my job I'm at 7-Eleven probably three times a day 5 days a week an average about $300 a week which equals a lot of visits to different stores. This is my absolute favorite store because of the people there's a little lady older white hair she's the grandmother I wish I had she's a doll good job thank you very much for the experience

They dont have idea what Is cunstumer service especial the lady was today at 2:20 am she Is very racist and Is afroamerican she THE NAME Dominic  get fire if one person dont want the Job Just get out that place Is so many people need some job and she saying she dont have to speak with no body please MANAGERS ASK THEM IF THEY NEED THE JOB AND HAVE RESPECT FOR THE CUSTUMER

The casher ask my mom for her ID to pump in some gas and since there was no pizza the cashier told me it was frozen hopefully they change this its best to go to another seven eleven or just go to race track more understanding or better yet WAWA.

Poor customer representatives this store has. Young ladies employees with shirts with a knot on the side showing their bellies, cashiers that doesn’t even give you your receipt and they have already their cell phone on hand texting. One of the poorest customer service of the franchises of 7 Eleven I have visit throughout the State.

Sells expired food to customers for a buck and makes employees works with covid.

Today I had an embarrassment with the lady who was in the box, I always go to 711 to add some ice to the cooler that I use for drink water,  myself and treat my self badly. I am a client for these company spends more than 2000 dollars. a month on gas and food I don't think it was the right way to treat me. I will never go back to that store and she came to me and tall me that she going to char me and she did and she over char me..

Cashier Kelly made a mistake and put my gas at another gas pump then refused to correct the problem because someone else pumped that gas and said it was my fault so I loose the money.. I have been trying all day to contact owner of the store and the number or s to a fax machine.  So I  called corporate and hope to see result... She even said she'll call the police because I demanded that she get someone to check cameras... Never go there again

This franchisee owner should be ashamed of themselves. I quit due to illness and lack of safety measures on March 30, once I fell ill I informed the manager Savita. After texting several times for answers I'm trying to help my doctor with as I still am unwell. Today April 28th when I had to see her due to lack of care she had me surrounded by police lying straight to authorities face all because I found out an employees boyfriend had COVID so she stated. I had 2 encounters with this man before leaving the workforce and was never informed. All I can say is I couldn't be more appalled and humiliated

Bad customer service by shama she refused service to me because I said are u gona I’d me again in a sarcastic way she always has an attitude and called me an idiot I am an adult she knows me I go there all the time I still feel like she acts like she doesn’t kno me she needs to respect the customer I will not return
