Good overall. Coffee and danishes were hot and good, but they forgot my son's blueberry muffin, and didn't say sorry or anything..Food: 4/5

Non traditional location at hotel pool.  Menu is smaller but still great variety.

Marissa’s hospitality was outstanding! I noticed her patience shine when the guest in front of us tried making it a bit difficult for Marissa, yet Marissa did not show one bit of frustration, her responses were full of passion for serving the guest and made the guest very pleased. If as guests we could have more patience with those that serve us because they don’t just serve us but those to come. Our patience as guests will reflect towards those who provide us with their service; that we really care about them as well.

I love their baked goods and their Refreshers are great on warm days.  They made me want a Starbucks in my country. Damn now I really want a Vanilla Scone Takeout: Yes

I won't ever go again. I don't speak spanish and guy was rude. The girl I bought coffee for called it brown water .

My second time ever not having a great experience at a location. I just paid 6 dollars for a drink that normally only cost me about 5 in the trenta size and I'm 110 percent positive my pink drink shouldnt look like this eaither! I get this drink almost every day to maybe every other day.  When asked she said that's how its sopose to look.

Went in for some coffee and something small to eat. When I asked for a particular food item, the barista told me all but 2 of the items were frozen and so I could only pick from two. I assume that they are not allowed to sell any of the food being displayed in the glass display case, but it was full of food. This was a little over an hour before the store was supposed to close. How is that okay? My coffee order was great, but that's about it. The wifi is lousy and extremely hard to connect to. The last barista working, the same one that took and completed my order, turned off the music 20 minutes before closing. The floor was also covered with napkins and crumbs of food.

7:55pm and they don't wanna serve paninis cause they're too lazy to clean the oven... Even though they close at 9:00pm
