Starbucks customer service is the worst ever especially at this location. Workers are rude and not clean. There's always trash on the patio. They never put a trash can on the patio and tables are always disorganized. They talk to each other too much with no respect to the customer in front of them. I hope the leadership team will spend more time in these locations to train their employees to better serve their customers.

Despite a recent negative review, we found the early 7.30 staff friendly and quick at getting our orders out. Its a roomy, clean and light building and the coffee is goodService: 5/5

Possibly the WORST Starbucks in the world!! Yes it’s busy but OMG how slow could they be?? We waited over 20mins for our drinks but our food came straight away? Lots of people came after us and got their drinks before us, which is bizarre but what was more bizarre was the attitude of the barista, a small young lady with glasses and red curly hair, who’s attitude was quite frankly down right abrasive, not what this brand should be associated with. There’s plenty of other coffee places about, please please avoid this one.

If you order online here, just spam the drive thru because they'll make your drink faster. If you order an iced coffee they automatically sweeten it for you, which makes no sense- If I order a hot coffee would they automatically sweeten it? No. So why would they do this for an iced one?

The young white female staff w/ black long hair in drive thru was rude to my uncle whose an older senior citizen. He couldn't see the handheld given to him for CC transaction. She said " just push one". I made sure from the back seat Definitely NO tip for her. We would Never visit that location again.Food: 2/5

I go to this location quite often. Most of the workers no me. Either by name or just by my face and just say hi. Never have to ask for anything. They know my order so it's nice to see. I'll be back soon.

Man, there were 2 people in front of me, just 2. I ordered 2 lattes.  2 baristas were working  30 minutes later still no coffee, now late for work. Guy tells me not to order inside  its best to go thru drive thru or mobile order. What happened to just walking into a business and getting service. I just asked for refund cause I couldn't wait more than 30 minutes for a coffee. Dang worst service ever.  I've been to some busy Starbucks for example-Washington DC, Boston, NYC and never had to wait over 30 minutes.

Update: morning staff is welcoming, friendly and efficient. Never have a problem with morning staff getting my order correct.  Accessible location. Parking and drive thru available. Dirty and messy inside and in patio. Terrible costumer service on 10-29-22 @ around 7:00pm. Baristas have a terrible attitude. Caught them talking negatively about a customer the person I came in with. My drink was made incorrectly twice and I was given attitude when I asked them to remake it again telling me "coffee was made correctly in the first place". We paid almost $15 for two coffees, we expect them to taste the way they are supposed to taste. We also expect our drinks to be made with the specifications that were asked for since we are being charged for every add on. Train your employees, they can do better.

Terrible. I ordered a Hot chocolate and a Caffe latte, they asked my name. After 20 min I complained because it was still not ready. Then they game me a cold chocolate and cold caffe latte they said they called me but the store was empty and quiet. Total lack of Customer centricity. If no one comes, is it so hard to call again the customer’s name?

Bilal and Wesley! Are the ultimate duo. From the moment our car rolled up Wesley's energy was vibrant and respectful. I wish there were more of him in this world. Bilal was so nice to us and friendly. I genuinely wish I came upon people like this more often.
