I used them for a washer and dryer 2 years ago and yesterday a couch. I have no complaints other than they need to take the old stuff out. My old washer and dryer is still in the basement. I had to take my couch out to the lawn myself. Other than that they're ok to me. I didn't have a problem with the manager as these reviews are saying he was very helpful. Thanks.

The store manager is very unprofessional I took me a month after I made my started my lease agreement for meeting word that you needed additional paperwork for me after I've called repeatedly asking what it was I need it I got no phone call back when I finally get up to the store I find out my order was cancelled
