Terrible experience by far! I was in a collision and took my car in because the Geico office was in there don't do that it is a trap. The customer service seems halfway decent but they always look at you like you're lying and tell you the same if it pertains to the accident it would be covered. They gave me a car that had Sirius malfunctions and had no idea what the problem was. We ended up taking it to the dealership where I should have taken it in the first place to get it finished up. Unfortunately due to everything going on I didn't realize there's a huge dent they left on the top of my trunk. I don't even think they looked at it being rear-ended and hit from the front they only looked at the bumpers. Overall their work is half rated their customer service is just the same. They don't have an answering machine to avoid complaints. Do not take your car here for any reason whatsoever. These people will tell you if it hails that is not their responsibility because they are closed. I am going to file a formal Better Business Bureau complaint in the morning don't take your car here if you appreciate its value and beauty.

I've taken my vehicle here a few different times. They are really good at keeping you up to date with everything. I received text message updates the entire time. The process was easy, and the work was top notch. Highly recommend, as would your insurance I'm sure.

As a business owner ustomer service is a MUST. I went to Abra for a repair on my vehicle and they not only fixed it well, but fixed it right the first time. I experienced great customer service, the ladies at the front desk clearly work hard, always greet with a smile and they remember you!. I brought my car back for some rattling due to something I believe was unrelated to the original repair and they took it for a test drive , quickly diagnosed it, and repaired it equally as fast. I expected to wait an hour and a half and ended up waiting 30min! I would highly recommend the Tejon location! They have a great team there!

I realize it's winter and therefore, lots of cars are needing repairs. In fact, this is why I used Abra - because they were the only ones in my area who quoted me getting my car back before March (6 weeks after my accident). I had gone to the Abra in Longmont, and they were FANTASTIC! Literally the nicest people I've come across, and they earned my business hands down. They had said that they could fix my car themselves and get it back to me the 2nd or 3rd week in Feb, but if they outsourced it to CO Springs, it could get done sooner since they weren't as busy (we just had a big storm in Boulder resulting in lots of accidents). Assuming all Abras were the same, I obviously chose to get my car back quicker, since I'm sharing one with my husband and it's extremely inconvenient, as you can imagine. Fast forward 3 weeks, and the Abra in Colorado Springs can't even give me an estimate on when my vehicle will be repaired, let alone when they can get it back up to the Longmont/Boulder area for me to pick up. The customer service rep I'm dealing with has an excuse every time she calls me. "Um, they're still taking your car apart for an estimate" (a week after it arrived at their store), "Um, my computer didn't save your email", "Um, they sent the wrong parts", "Um, we got duplicate parts"... I understand things happen, I too have worked in Customer Service and have been let down by 3rd parties, but if your supplier isn't reliable (they got the parts/delivery wrong THREE times now), get a new one! Judging by these reviews, it seems like a reoccurring problem. I drive a Nissan Rogue (the most popular leased car in America), so I know I'm not the first one to have this kind of work done in their shop, and getting parts should come easily. The most simple, obvious response would have been "I'm sorry, I totally understand how frustrating this is. I'm frustrated too. I'm working on it the best I can and we'll get your car to you ASAP. Assuming we get all the right parts this time, it typically takes x amount of days to repair a front end like yours depending on shop volume." I would have still been disappointed, but would have at least felt taken care of and right now even a ball-park estimate would help me with planning. Oh, and might I add that I've been receiving texts from Abra this whole time saying "Your repairs are under way!", "We're near completion!", and they haven't even received the correct parts to start repairs yet... There's an obvious disconnect there. If I had known it was going to be such a mess, I would have just told Longmont to keep it. At least they seem accountable, have good reviews, and are generally pleasant to talk with (not to mention 15min away from my house). Right now, we're about at the time Longmont quoted me for completion, so it was in fact a waste to send my car 2 hours away to CO Springs for a sub-par experience. I can't even plan work trips right now because I don't know if I'll be able to physically get there as I have no known timeline for my vehicle. Counting the time my car was in Longmont, they've had my vehicle for about a month already. Assuming it's going to take at least a week for the parts to come in the repairs to get started, it's going to be the end of Feb/beginning of March that I get my car back (about 6 weeks total from my accident). Accidents are never fun, but this experience is just salt in the wound. I am also concerned... as Craig stated in his review, they're giving me a rental because they had to order yet another part. I don't live in CO Springs, so I'm hoping anything that goes wrong (assuming there will be something wrong), Longmont can fix and I won't have to drive 4+ hours RT.

Avoid it if you can. Whatever your issues are after you pick up vehicle will never be their fault. Will use whatever parts are cheapest if necessary.
