Just phoned this business for the first time, although I used to go there when it was Renaissance Computers. The guy answered the phone with his name and 'Action Computer,' no problem. But when I asked to speak to Service, he said, "This is service, but you're gonna have to wait. I'm busy with a customer." Then he put me on hold for several minutes until I hung up and called a different computer repair place. I guess these guys don't need my business. Nor yours either. I mean, there must be a better way to handle a phone call. Wouldn't you think? If they only speak to a caller when they're not busy with a customer, I wonder when's the best time to call. And talk about a sour taste in the mouth of a potential customer--I mean,come on. Anyway, I'm taking my computer somewhere, anywhere, else!

Went to these guys several times, of which they only charged me for a couple of my visits. They repaired my monitor (no cost), fixed an external drive fault (no cost on repair, just a new case), and provided valuable information on hard drive data recovery techniques. Will be going to them regularly and am going to have them build me a computer before going to an electronics store or mall.

Went there last week, they were professional, courteous, and prompt. The price to repair my computer was competitive! I would highly recommend Action Computer.
