Horrible quality of service, I have been in multiple times and no one greets you or anything and that's beside the major point. I went in about a week ago to return a phone case I had bought the previous day and after about 15 minutes of waiting and then 30 minutes of the guy jumping back and forth between another customer and I he finally came to the conclusion that they did have enough money in the drawer so he said come back later, I did not have time for a while. So I was in the area and I headed up there and got the at 8:15 pm (not knowing they closed at 8) saw a bunch of employee's and customers inside so pulled on the door and it was locked, then I noticed the hours so I politely knocked waiting for one of the 4 free employee's to answer the door and no one even looked at me to acknowledge. Now I also work in a retail business that is pretty similar and if someone showed up 10 15 minutes after we closed I would at least have the dignity to acknowledge them and explain. The level of disrespect that those degenerates had was unbelievable. Think they need a little change in management to be guided down the right path of common courtesy..

Tara was awesome.  Had me in & out in 10 minutes.  Knew exactly how to resolve my issue.  Gave me options.  Let me pick an option.  Tara was also very professional and provided outstanding customer service

They have a large amount of traffic, so making an appointment or planning a lot of time is required. I needed 3 total trips because of low stock or other Sprint account/security policies, but at least those 3 trips were with staff that were friendly to me. I had to choose this store because they are the corporate store, and the other local stores did not have all the stock that this one did, forcing me to choose this store over another ones. My overall experience was great once I was able to finally get a new phone, but the extra trips and other hoops to jump through were a lot of hassle. Always call ahead right before going to make sure stock is available and if the wait is long.

Worst customer service ever!  Took an hour and 45 min to tell me I had a failed battery.  1st person took my phone and sent it to tech.  Explained that the tech was on lunch (an hr before closing time mind you). Then tells me someone will update me shortly.  Took an hour for another person to come tell me that my phone had a failed battery and it could be sent off to be fixed and I had to wait 7-10 days to pick it back up!  Asked if I was just out of a phone for that long and she said hang on let me ask if we have a loaner phone.  She never came back.  Took another 20 minutes or so for another person to tell me that I would be getting a loaner phone.  They were getting it set up and they'd have it ready in a few minutes.  About 20-25 minutes after that it was finally ready.  The store wasn't very busy and their were plenty of workers to accommodate the customers.  However it seemed as though they were too busy conversing amongst each other.  The young girl who I originally spoke with was asked by another employee of those of us still sitting and waiting had been helped and she answered with, "I don't know I guess so".  Seriously people get it together!
