After prepaying for 2 phone batteries with pickup at the Fairview Heights store we arrived to be told they only had one in stock. However they would have the other brought over from the Missouri store and they would call us the next day when it came in. Three days later after hearing nothing we stopped by the store and was advised that the battery was not in the store but the truck was due in that day and they would call us that afternoon. Nothing. We paid for the batteries way before Christmas. The customer service in this store is very poor. We will not be purchasing from them again.

Shopped here several times with no problems. This time ordered online, went to pick up and order wasn't processed. Then was basically scolded for not just coming to the store or calling first. Was told I was lucky they had the battery already made. Guy told me "all these Chinese batteries come in as parts and they build them on site and if the had to build it it would take all day. Guy acted like I was bothering him and I was lucky when he updated the orders and mine popped up. Will be the last time I buy from them.

Ive not visited in a while and not only is the service great, in addition to a vast assortment of batteries they have a decent variety of LED strings,bulbs and flashlights.
I will definitely visit again,soon

Had the screen fall off my s5 and they refuse to install a replacement. Was very rude employees. Claim to replace screens??????

Lies all lies. Should be considered false advertising. Maybe someone should look into it 

Horrible. Will definitely recommend people not to go here.
