Barbara Vineyard of Greentree Realty is incredibly kind and has been responsive to any issues we have had.  The property she rented to us was thoroughly cleaned before we moved in, and the lawn care is provided.  We really appreciate her responsiveness and kindness, and appreciated not being charged a large application or deposit fee.  :)

I would recommend you never rent from this realtor.  She seems pleasant enough at first but I had a terrible experience renting from her as property manager.  A possum moved in between the walls, gnawed a hole in the closet, fleas jumped from the possum to the carpet, and before I knew it, I had a flea infestation as well (I had no pets).  Barbara was extremely slow in responding to my request for pest control (although this was explicitly promised in the contract I signed it still took over 4 weeks) and it took 3 visits from pest control to finally eradicate the fleas.  She left the key outside my door for maintenance/pest control people and allowed them to enter the premises without my knowledge.  I discovered this and confiscated the key.  She never contracted to fix the hole in the wall while I was still there either.  But her most egregious and offensive act was to not refund my security deposit.  She used that to pay for carpet cleaning due to all the spraying from pest control, unbelievable.

so I never had any problems with this realitor. Barbara was always pleasant,  stayed out of my business, but responded to any issues  promptly.

Do not work with this woman. She will only get in contact with you for something when there is something that she needs from you. My brother and I moved out July 31st and have yet to receive our deposits back or move out charges (by now, she legally has to give us the deposits back since we have not received a summary of charges but that's beside that fact). She claims to have mailed the charges to the address that we were living with through her (stupid, I KNOW!) but either way both my brother and I set up mail forwarding to our new addresses. To put it in the most polite way possible, this woman is just full of crap. She was also supposed to put the utilities back into the owner's name upon move-out but neglected to do that. We've racked up a $700+ utility bill from the time we moved out to now. We've tried to call, text and email her.  The only time we get her is by calling from a number that she doesn't know. For the record, her name is Barabara Vineyard. The house we moved into was dirty, had a bug problem and multiple things wrong (maintenance-wise). We were told that it would all be taken care of before move-in, it obviously wasn't. The whole move-out process has been BEYOND miserable with her. I will be taking legal action and don't recommend that anyone in the Gainesville area work with her, or this company for that matter.
