I had Tom come over to look at why my Heater wasn't starting properly. He was fantastic. Not only was he skilled at his craft, he was also very sociable and provided insight in what to expect and how to extend the life of my system. I would definitely recommend working with Air Plumbing and Heating, based on my experience working with Tom.

Mike was the installer for my new HVAC system as well as the follow up technician on the service.  Mike is the consummate professional in the knowledge of the products as well as his stellar performance in maintaining the product for your comfort and complete satisfaction.  Mike goes above and beyond and is the perfect representative for an outstanding service oriented Company.

I called today,  with a simple request, to put in a shut off valve right behind the gas dryer ( because one wasn't there and it should be).  I know they cannot say things over the phone about pricing because SO much can be different in each unique situation when you get there and look at the job.  Because my job was small and clear cut ( I used to be in a plumbing family for decades in the past) ...I asked for a general ball park subject to change based on anything weird when they got here. Plus I live 1/2 mile from their shop. lived in my house for three years and had no idea they were there! Anyway, I'm an informed client,  and their ball park was very fair. So far I can attest to their prices looking reasonable:), which I was impressed with right off the bat.

We had a problem with one of the HVAC units in our business in mid-January, during a VERY cold week.  We called Air Plumbing and Heating and were able to get an appointment very quickly.  They arrived on time (2 technicians) and diagnosed and repaired the problem in very short order.  What most impressed me was the professionalism.  Our business is an Art Gallery, with lots of expensive original art.  Before they accessed the HVAC unit, they asked me to move several pieces of art because they didn't want to damage them... very thoughtful.  They kept me informed of their diagnosis along the way and when the problem was identified, they had the necessary part (which was GREAT) installed it and we were back up and running.  Outstanding job all around!

Fast same day service.  Tom the tech is a pro.
Very reasonable price. Fixed my furnace. The first  company  we called didn't knew what they are doing. AIR came in and got it done.
