Does anyone know what is their e-mail address? We rent a car a couple of days ago there and we didn't get our deposit back, because there was nobody on the premises as we arrived back. We had to go cause our bus was leaving soon to LA. I would like to contact with them to remind about the deposit and ask for transferring the due amount of money on my account.
Any help would be appreciated!

This is the WORST rental car experience I have ever had and I have rented many cars.  The car was dirty and low grade.  The service was ridiculous.  No one was at the facility when I came to drop off the car and there was a sign that said, "Back in 30 minutes."  Well, I was there almost 45 while waiting for a cab to get to the airport.  I had called in advance to make sure someone would be there... No answer, no return call.  THEN, after the fact I needed a receipt for the additional days I had rented on the car (to expense my client) and I called 4 times with no return call.  Then when I finally got someone on the phone after 3 WEEKS... he was rude and argumentative.  He kept saying, "It wasn't me."  I honestly would NEVER, EVER recommend that anyone rent from this place.  They are not less expensive when you factor in the headaches.
