Our Enterprise rep was a young man named Frank. We had originally chosen a full size car but the beautiful weather prompted me to ask about a convertible instead. My wife was particular about the color and brand of the car, so it took us a while to decide on the right one. Frank was unbelievably patient and helpful through the entire process. It's very rare to find that type of customer service these days. 

Thank you, Frank! We had a great weekend and enjoyed the drive.

Best place to rent a car. While everyone else was standing in line trying to save a dollar at other rental agencies, I walked right up to the Enterprise counter and within 15 minutes, I was in a new Chrysler 300 leaving San Francisco Airport headed north. Check out and check in was so quick. A reservation  makes things quick and easy too. I've been renting from Enterprise for years all over the west and have always been treated professionally. Their cars are so well taken care of, I've bought two from them. Enterprise is the way to go....

It was fine. We reserved s car and the car got us around on our vacation.  When we got there there was only 1 car left. It was nice car but wonder what would have happened if we were 1/2 hour later. But all worked out for us. Ended up adding additional days on to original rental, normally you think they would be happy car being used, more days cheaper rate, not how it worked out but we needed it so we payed price. My biggest problem was that no one spoke to us about California toll roads and laws. Turns out completely different from where we live. We did not ask but there should be some sort of info package when you rent car about local rules. Ended up with a toll violation and we have to pay a ticket and an additional fee to Enterprise for them having to handle our violation, which means they gave our information to toll authority so they can send us a ticket. And if you are in California find out about toll roads you will be traveling on, they have 13 different companies running different roads, some you can pay toll on line within a few days but some you have to have transponder or you can not use.

This place was very helpful, friendly, and professional. They helped me consider other options for upgrade and got me in my car quickly. They even let us see if we could fit our 3 kids in the back seat before we committed to the vehicle. I was also impressed how easy it was to get info after we had left. It was easy to get an automated answer to know that we could use FastTrack toll lanes and I was able to talk to someone immediately when I called to see whether there was an issue if I brought the car back late. There wasn't and there was just a minimal hourly fee beyond the 24 hour mark of the final day.  Beyond all this, the rental was very affordable. I will definitely use Enterprise again, especially at this location.

Overall good experience, however full sized pickup was not available as reserved. The price break on a smaller one was nice but this is not my first problem with availability upon arrival. Still, people are great to deal with, they always have a smile.
