Fast service once checked in, vehicle was in good condition and we had no issues with it all. Return was without a hassle, Although the agent who helped us never even asked us how the trip or the rental went. Either way, still a pleasant experience till then. My main reason for not giving five stars was that although I checked in with all my information the previous day online, and even signed up for their programs, I had to still present all of my personal information to someone on a screen. When I checked in, one of the perks listed was that the car and keys would be ready to pick up upon arrival, not necessarily the case.

A couple serious flaws on my August 16 visit. First, this location shamelessly understaffed the front desk to force people to use the teleconnect kiosks with remote workers. The line to not use the kiosks was about 45 minutes long. Second, and more egregiously, this location rents cars they don't have. I am currently in line with 25 other people who reserved full size cars. They keep trying to hawk their compact cars, despite us all having paid for more. I have been in line for about 30 minutes down here, and I am toward the front. I give two stars because I suppose they could screw up more.

Theft. Within 2 minutes of returning my car my wife realized that she left my jacket in the back seat. We turn around before leaving the lot to gather the item from the car and the car is gone. An attendant goes to help and search for the car to retrieve the jacket and says there is no jacket. Other staff confirm that they are confident it was stolen as if this is a regular occupancy. When I reach out to the manager, Mike, about the incident he takes 30 minutes to tell me that he cannot locate the car all together. Now my travel is delayed because my jacket which contains my liscense have then STOLEN by HERTZ and their staff. Seems like there is a bigger issue with this location and furthermore with Hertz. If you prefer to use a company with integrity and a staff that cares please choose another company. Years ago I forgot a wallet with cash in a car from Avis, they tracked me down to return my things... clear difference.

Great friendly staff at the Gold desk. Pickup process was seen less. They made last minute adjustment I requested and they also have free coffee down there.

HORRIBLE! The manager, Judy, does not have the skills to efficiently run the place! Even though I reserved and PAID for my mid-size SUV TWO months in advance, my rental was not ready when I arrived. Mind you, I was traveling with my children who were starving after a four hour flight. Staff never once apologized for the inconvenience and rather than offering any kind of compensation we were offered a downgrade which we took just to get the hell out of there! Poor customer service! Horrible staff!
