Certified Auto has taken care of my family's cars for some time now. We have 3 family members who take repairs here and have never had a single issue. Always honest and easy to work with. We've never had any bad parts or gouging estimates. If you want good work done by good people who won't try to lie about things you don't need, give them a try.

Excellent service and very thoughtful- they went above and beyond to help me with my van. As a 65 yr old woman, I appreciate they did not try to take advantage of me.

It's hard to find an auto repair place you can trust. That's what I love the most about Certified Auto. I know I can trust them with my car, and to tell me the honest truth about the state of my vehicle. They don't overcharge - and will tell you right out whether you need something done Now, soon, or eventually. I’m also appreciative how Bill himself always takes a personal interest when I visit - he remembers me and my car, and takes the time to make sure all my questions have been answered and that I'm doing OK. I take my vehicles for regular maintenance and repairs, and highly recommend them for all your needs. They'll take good care of you, and they are honest.

Thank you for the reviews on this company.  I decided NOT to use them based on not just a bad review, because bad communication can happen in certain circumstances.  I decided not to call them based on the harassment you received regarding the bad review.  You will never please everyone all the time and there are bad customers out there.  But the fact that you were harassed told me more than the review!!

Due to phone calls from the company harassing us demanding that we remove the review, I have re-edited this review and took down the original review whereby I stated facts as they relate to our experience. First, he has no right to call us (actually, not even me... he didn't even talk to me) and threaten legal action (multiple times). Second, I did not leave any contact information in the review which means that it must have been accurate if he knew the exact situation based off what I said. I'm sorry if you don't like a negative review. If you don't like a negative review, then offer positive service.
