I have rented vehicles several times now when I have come out to Mesa. I include the rental of the vehicle when I am purchasing my airline tickets. I am always pleased with the vehicle I get. The drop off is very simple. The pick up only takes awhile if there is a long line for car pickups, once I get to the desk, it really doesn't take long to finish the paper work & get on the road. Staff is friendly & helpful

We use to rent here eventho we are locals because we don't want to damage our cars when we go on a road trip.
The problems are sometimes insane waiting lines (more than 1h, sometimes 2h for 10 customers), and more often than not they don't have your vehicle. It's ok tho because they always gave me a better car in the end.
They also make up for your waiting time by waiving a few fees and conditions like having to fill the tank before returning.
All in all it's a rather positive experience since we keep on coming there

Our flight was delayed and the staff at Alamo stayed open to accommodate our late night arrival!   We got a free upgrade and were so pleased with our service.  Loved the online preregistration too. No fuss, no muss.  We will use Alamo again.

Excellent customer service, did not get the fellow's name but he was able to upgrade me to a luxury Infinity Q50 3.0T for a great upgrade price. Best car rental I have ever had, except the Mercedes in London in 1988.

Very friendly staff. Had reservation for compact and got a practically new Murano - loved every minute of driving it. Alamo was great with check-out, check-in, and a perfect rental experience.
