The staff at Pegasus are exceptional! Very personal and professional. It really was a pleasure to rent a car from Pegasus. I intend to use them again. You could not find a better place to rent a car.

Very very impressed with Pegasus. They were extremely personable and easy to work with. They upgraded us to a much nicer car than we'd reserved at no additional charge, and the whole process went very smooth. Hands down the best car rental company I've ever rented from.

Excellent service, answered all questions professionally, offered water to prevent dehydration.  Will definitely rent again.  Just will bring febreeze.  Car smelled smoky.

I have rented cars for years and have never  experienced first class service as I did from Sterling at Pegasus at the Mesa airport. He went out of his way to make sure I left happy in the car I wanted. I highly recommend!

I rented a corporate fleet van to provide tours around the valley from Pegasus Rental Car at Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport.  The experience was great and the staff was friendly. I will definitely rent from Pegasus again in the future. Thanks!
