All About Plumbing offered excellent service, from start to finish.  We were under contract to purchase a home and had established appointments with myriad service providers, for inspections and assessments.  During this time, we had several "plumbers" (and other so-called-professionals) stop by who were merely glorified salespeople --- they meandered through our home taking notes on all of the meaningless charges that they could accrue.  ALL ABOUT PLUMBING SENT OUT CHRIS WILSON, A DEDICATED EXPERT WHO FOCUSES ENTIRELY UPON INSPECTIONS --- HE GAVE US A COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENT AND FREE ADVICE ON HOW WE COULD UPDATE OUR PLUMBING EFFICIENTLY AND ECONOMICALLY.  As if this were not rare enough, the team that showed up to complete the job was punctual, communicative, personable, professional, friendly and efficient.  At our request, Eric (the supervisor of the team) thoughtfully and thoroughly explained each phase of the job, to us, as they progressed through the various tasks.  An honest, reliable, family-owned and community-oriented business is a throw-back that I desperately miss --- I'd give All About Plumbing, Chris, Eric and the whole team 10 stars, if they were available!  Thanks, guys :)

I called All About Plumbing at 430 on a Saturday, Richard was out to my house at around 830 that same evening. I was shocked that they got to me that quickly. When Richard arrived he was polite and kind. He took a look a had the problem fixed quickly. I will call All About plumbing with any future needs. Excellent service and customer service!

Our issue, which seemed complicated and scary to us, was solved by them very simply and in 2 seconds. They didn't charge us a thing--just gave us advice on how to avoid future problems. If we ever have a REAL problem, they will be the first people I call!

This is my thrid time using All About Plumbing, each of those has been handled in a timely and very professional manner.  There were no surprises the price quoted to me was exactly what I paid.  I will definitely use them again, no time soon I pray, if I have another plumbing issue.

We awoke at 3:30 am to a loud bang of our kitchen pot holder falling to the floor!  Our toilet was blocked and it was apparently leaking from the tank for hours which caused a huge flow of nasty water into our kitchen ceiling.  Contaminated water everywhere.  When I called All about Plumbing Carl Dordelman came out quickly to our relief.  He was awesome.  He explained everything to us and especially the cost ahead of time.  To our surprise there was no weekend fee and reasonable costs.  He was very professional and the job was done well.  We are so thankful for Carl and AAP&S.  We would highly recommend their services.
