NEVER buy mice or rats from here. I bought a rat as a pet last year from this store.This year I tried to buy her a friend. One rat had died within a day of me purchasing her. I didn’t think anything of it because I know rats can get infections. I went back a couple days later and was sold another rat. When I got it home, it was really clear this rat WAS sick. Coughing, wheezing, and skid-dish. I witnessed them having NO food or water in their cages and the staff pulls them out by their tails and raps on the glass to get the animals attention. I returned the sick rat promptly the next day. My PET who I had for over a year caught whatever the other rat had and died tonight. My pet died because they keep their animals in filth with diseases. They are feeding YOUR snakes diseased animals. The staff needs to be educated on the benefits of keeping healthy animals and the aftermath it can cause innocent people and their pets.

I purchase some of my fish from them. They always work with me and try to help keep it affordable.
I've noticed over the year (off and on) I've been going there, the fish dept has only gotten nicer. They are going in the right direction, not the wrong.
Great selection of freshwater, usually a few very unique and rare fish to choose from, as well as the usual Platy Tetra Molly selection that are so popular.

Staff is extremely helpful & the prices are asfollows good, or better, than Petsmart.

When I came over the staff did not really care about the animals the place is super dirty and bad for the pets I seen 3 parrots who are stressed bc I saw a lot of bald spots and that's not healthy for the birds the water needs to be changed and needs bigger cages for the smaller birds bc they look like packed sardines in a can and I feel bad for them and the reptiles are even bad the tanks is way too small if you guys don't take care of your pets just shut down
