It's a great place to find all the stuff most places don't carry. They have awesome magnets. You name it. The help is great unless you have the misfortune  to get a young kid, the guy's shoes are glued to the floor. Ask him where somethings at lo l lol better off looking for it.. He sticks out because the rest of the guys are great.

I've purchased components via mail order / online orders from this company for many years.  The turnaround time on my orders is amazingly good and I've always received top-quality components. Highly recommended.

Called to them to make sure I was looking for the right capacitor for my stereo receiver 2X. The lady that answered was so helpful and actually answered my question on the 2nd call back! BUT the 1st time I called she transferred me to someone who she thought would know, when they answered and I explained what I was looking for, their response was "Google it"!!! Well guess what??? I Googled to leave this review!! 
UNBELIEVABLE!! Lazy a$$!!! What happened to customer service???

Just a electronics tinkerer ,audio enthusiast.I generally go in for small item purchases,relating to  electronics projects.The owner is very friendly and helpful and that attitude extends to his employees as well.Great place ,great store ,five stars all day long!
