Always love this place.  Good prices, new and returned products available for sale (returned items are labeled).  Staff is a little lifeless, occasionally you will find an engaging employee, so know what your looking for and its all good.  But need help or insight into a product and good luck getting more than a two word answer.  But they do carry a bunch of stuff you can't get at other competing stores.

Needed a new charging cord for my mini laptop that's super old. Sales associate was super friendly and helpful. He even went to ask his supervisor if the cord he chose would definitely work for my laptop. Thanks again sales guy!!! Cord works and I'm super happy!

Fry's can be a good place to get electronics and computer parts. However, like most big real Taylor's these days they seem to be feeling space to counter a lack of inventory. I have purchased things here before and been happy, but I do find there are a lot of returned products put back out on the shelves and you have to be aware of what you're buying. If you want something brand new and unused, it can be a bit of a hunt. At least for their computer parts.

I love coming here for the selection of pc hardware / components. The audio video section is very informative and they installed a blue tooth radio in my car on sight. They where respectful of the car and wired the microphone in a very professional way. Aside from those 3 departments I can't say, I never visit them.

Most of the stars I've given are for its size and of course the outlandish decor. The first time I entered it I actually felt like Alice in Wonderland. It's quite unique in that aspect. They have a huge variety of electronics although the pricing is usually just average and the staff, if you can find one, are less than helpful... Unless of course you're buying a big ticket item. I found the quality to be lacking if it's not name brand. I buy at least three items that are defective here each year, the return process is simple but make sure to keep the receipt.
