Arrow Moving rescued us from a potentially nightmarish situation. Their packers were able to work 5 times faster and safer than the other packers we used. They also stayed late on a Friday (nearly 2 hours) to ensure we got all of our things loaded. Their willingness to help us out was a relief after 3 days of scrambling to fix another companies mistake. My next move will start and end with Arrow Moving. Special thanks to James (manager) and Kelly for all their flexibility.

Had my household goods delivered today. Both Paul and Brandon did an excellent job making sure everything was unpacked, assembled, and cleaned up. Nothing but professionalism from them which made for a stress free experience. Thanks again.

Terrible customer service. Completely unwilling to work with you and your schedule. If you call them they just lead you in circles and can't give an answer. Lost a crate in the move. Would not recommend to anyone. They bribe customers to leave a five star review by offering a "thank you gift" after the review is posted.

We had movers pack us in Kansas and our belongings went into storage in SLC. When we found a home Arrow Moveing Co brought our household goods. They arrived on time and moved my belongings in safely to my home. I wish I would have been able to change a few things with the move especially in our basement but that was not their issue since they were following my orders. Steven, Nester, Mo and Kevin were really polite young men. Thanks again.

Arrow was amazing! Professional, friendly, and careful with my belongings.  This was my third major move and something always breaks...but not with Arrow!  Thanks guys!
