A guy came to my home and made his pitch. It was pricey, but I was impressed with his emphasis on customer service and that's why I went with them. I paid for 2 jobs. They did one of them quickly, but completely forgot about the other one. After a month went by I had to call and remind them to do the work that I ALREADY PAID for. They half assed the second job and left a lot trash. Now they keep calling to try and sell me more stuff.

I set up an appointment over the phone. Saturday comes, NO ONE shows up!! No call. Nothing. I call on Tuesday asking about what happened. They said: "We need to look through multiple screens, we'll call you back". They have not. Very unprofessional. Also, check their Yelp page. Nothing but reviews from disappointed people.

Started out good, came out for an estimate. After that though they just... sort of stopped calling me? I've left a few messages, but apparently they don't want my money.

They CALL and they CALL and they CALL. Unsolicited marketing calls because "they're in the area". They even explain that they are part of the TrustDale network of preferred companies. Even after telling them and telling them and telling them to quit calling, they call. They even call numbers on the DONOTCALL list. I will NOT do business with them -- ever.

Every step of the process was simple and easy to understand. The product was presented well and any questions I had were answered. The financing process was quick and the rate was excellent. The installation was clean and efficient taking less time than originally planned. Overall I am completely satisfied.
