My complete replacement heat pump system was installed very promptly and efficiently.  Of course it was a fairly high dollar system.  I dealt direct with Georgia Power to obtain the $250.00 rebate and they also received information from Coolray.  System works great.
QUESTION:  On the energy tracking readout is the inside air handler fan included in the cooling cost.  The CONTINUOUS FAN category, I assume, is when only the fan is running.  Is that correct?

Excellent service from the tech Henry. He showed me everything with the system and explained the repairs that would be needed but at this time I have declined until at least after the first of the year.  I am looking at a couple other options first.   I would recommend Cool Ray to friends

The service you have provided for me has been to  the condo I  lease to a tenant in Atlanta. I have been very pleased with clear and prompt communication regarding service contracts and service appointments. My tenant raves about Cool-Ray.

Update #2 - 5 stars - Coolray addressed my problem and made it right!  

Update #1 - 3 stars - Coolray has reached out to me to address the bad experience and is working to turn the bad experience into a good experience.  A 2 star bump for the effort so far.  

Original Review - 1 Star - Told my wife to back out of the fix proposal.  My perception is that the tech tried to gouge us.  He said he checked for a warranty and that there wasn't one.  Later, I easily determined that it was in fact under warranty.  The part prices he quoted were astonishingly high.  Moral of the story, whenever possible have the "man of the house" (or whoever is more in charge of home maintenance in your household) be there to hopefully help mitigate this kind of thing from happening.

A/C went out on July 3 about midnight and Coolray had a tech at our house the next day before noon. Yep, on the July 4 holiday. I was so impressed. And our tech, Bernard, was the epitome of professionalism. He identified the problem, showed me the component that had failed, and had us up and running within about 20 minutes. And while he was there, quickly repaired another issue we had. Excellent tech, great service. I will definitely remain a Coolray customer. Please pass on our compliments to Bernard!
