Scheduled my appointment via their Home Depot promotion last week and no one showed up. They called 1 hour after my appointment window and didn't leave a message. I called them back to find out what happened. No one had an explanation. I was told "the dispatcher left a voicemail." Yet, no one could tell me what the voicemail said.

I contracted with ARS to clean the ducts at a rental home I own.  They were filthy and the cleaning crew between renters advised me to get them cleaned.  Arthur came out to do the work and it is amazing how beautiful and sweet smelling the house is now.  THANK YOU, ARS!!!!

Installed hot water heater that was already purchased and on site.  My daughter was only person present.  The building was built in 2004.  Technician basically told my daughter that nothing was right about the previous installation and that she need basically new everything.  Not knowing anything about plumbing my daughter had no idea how to respond.  She was depending on the reputation of Home Depot and their selected installer.  The cost ended up being $1,468 for a simple installation.  Hot Water heater was $525 so basically $2000 to replace the hot water heater.  Could have easily had this done for $1000 but mistakenly placed trust in HD and their selected installer.  Never again will I trust HD or Rescue Rooter.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered for any product or service. ARS Plumbing was the plumber for the sink disconnect/reconnect that was part of my countertop replacement purchased from Home Depot. ARS plumbers arrived hours late and ruined my granite countertop by sealing the sink with plumber's putty. ARS plumbers are incompetent.

Read all the reviews before you purchase from Home Depot and accept installation from this sub-contractor. I had a new water heater installed. I have no complaint about the installation itself other than the fact I was charged $2,250 and the water heater was $728. Supposedly, $250 was an inspection fee charged by Fulton County, but no one from the County has inspected the installation. I told the technician I wanted the $69 additional 3 year labor warranty offered by Home Depot on this unit. When he left, he told me my warranty info was in the packet he left attached to the water heater. I looked through the packet and found nothing from Home Depot. I called ARS to find out what had happened because the gal, from Home Depot, who arranged this installation, told me to call the girls in the ARS office. They, in turn, called the technician (Ed). He called me back and asked why I had not called him directly. Then, he told me it would take ten days for the 3 year additional labor warranty paperwork to be sent to me by Home Depot. But, this has never happened. I have now left two messages with Ed and he had chosen to just ignore my calls. This is an extremely poor way to conduct business. I am shocked that Home Depot is recommending this company after I've read so many horrible reviews and have had my own very disappointing experience with ARS. Please consider all these reviews before you agree to use their services regardless of Home Depot's recommendation.
