The water pressure at my home is down to a trickle. Called Roto Rooter and was advised that they would have a technician at my home today and that I would receive a 1 hour courtesy call prior to their arrival. After 6 hours of no response, a representative from the company called to say they are just too busy today on larger jobs and they would not be able to make it. She wanted to reschedule for later in the week. I advised her that we currently do not have any water and she said "SORRY". But I thought your motto is "Fast 24/7 Emergency Plumbers"!

Made an appointment 5 days in advance, on the day of appointment I get a 1st call that they might not be on time, I got a voice mail an hour later that the tech can be on his way and they will only wait for me to call back for 10 minutes or they will cancel the appointment, to all of homeowner out there, during pick season do not let any plumber company like this treat you like they do you a favor, my particular need was Re-pipe the whole house due to China made copper, I will keep patching any leak till I find who truly wants to earn my business, for this job and future. (by the way the Tech showed up even that I have cancelled and he was very polite and understanding)

So I called around 1pm and was told someone from dispatch will call to schedule an appointment – Did not hear anything from them. Thought maybe they messed up taking down proper phone # / email etc,. So decided I’ll try to schedule on-line and did that. Still did not hear anything from them. I’m glad I learned about their slow response now. If I had ended up hiring them – I would’ve regretted it! Just does not make any sense for a business to not call and schedule an appointment at a decent amount of time!!

The technician was professional, friendly, very knowledgeable . Took care of the issue with no trouble. Definitely would recommend.
