Honest, dependable, high quality plumbing installations are the hallmark of this company. Nick and his team replaced my water heater in 2011 and came to my rescue today when my water heater decided to quit and leak both water and gas. I had called them yesterday and Nick's crew was out here this morning with a new water heater, replacing the old one with a great new model with a longer warranty. They also replaced the pressure regulating valve for the water main inside the house as the old one was starting to bulge. All costs were discussed up front; Nick is all about transparency, honesty and communication. His crew was efficient, professional, friendly and respectful of my property. They left the place cleaner than it was when they came. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend Marine Plumbing to anyone who needs such service.
I don’t think there are enough positive words to describe our experience with Marine Plumbing. From first phone call to project wrap up we knew we were in highly competent, caring, and honest hands. Our dual tankless water heaters were biting the dust right at New Years and Marine Plumbing didn’t just replace our heaters, but installed them with thoughtfulness and expertise that solved a myriad of other issues that the previous installer had left behind. This company obviously prides themselves on protecting their customer’s investments and homes - and that means so much to us. It was warming to see that Nick has created not only a company, but a family - where employees and customers are valued and respected. We’re so grateful for the referral to Marine Plumbing and to have a go-to plumber for as long as they’ll have us. Thanks Nick and crew. We’re blessed to have met y’all. Happiest of New Years to you.
Our 30 year old home had some plumbing issues that went back to the original construction including, but not limited to, defective polybutylene water supply lines throughout the house that required a repiping of entire house, an inadequately sloped sewage line in the crawlspace and poorly vented gas appliances. We needed a professional that could handle a big, multi-stage job. After interviewing a few plumbers we happened upon Marine Plumbing Service and, more specifically, Nick Marine. Nick is force of nature and coordinated every detail of our project. The job was handled in phases and Nick made sure that we understood the problems, what he was doing to correct it, and how long it would take to do it. If any supporting subs were needed electricians, remodelers, etc... he vetted reliable contractors and made it easy for us to keep the project moving. His crew is as friendly as they are competent and they kept our home clean as they performed the work. That was admirable given the extent of the work. It was a huge project that obviously was not cheap, but I am 100% confident that we used the best possible company. Hire them.
Nick and the team at Marine Plumbing have corrected numerous issues with our existing plumbing from our frankenhouse. Simplifying much of the plumbing, getting hot water to our faucets faster etc. Nick looks to understand the existing system and make needed improvements while communicating his suggestions in a good manner. Highly recommend.
Jonathon arrived a few minutes early for the scheduled appointment. He was very professional, highly trained in evaluating the problems with our outside tankless water heater, and worked to provide temporary fix until the new unit could be installed. I wish all technicians a could be as high performing and customer focused. Highly recommend.
Five Stars, PLUS! I was in a real jam with a malfunctioning 12 year old Noritz tankless water heater and Tony and Ryan responded quickly and went above and beyond diagnosing a very complex problem, leaving a few hours later with hot water flowing better than it has in years. Professional, knowledgeable, and nice. You can’t go wrong with Marine Plumbing. Thanks, gentleman.
