I called them about installing a toilet. They were friendly, and courteous on the phone and gave me a straight up price, no excuses. Their office called and let me know that the plumber was on the way. He arrived on time, and was presentable. He got to work right away on the toilet and installed everything to satisfaction. When presented with the bill there were no surprises. It was the price I was quoted over the  phone. If, you have a need for a plumber, I would highly recommend ALL PRO PLUMBING.

Discovered late in the day we likely had a block in our main line of our home sewer.  Despite calling All Pro Plumbing at the very end of the business day, my call was promptly returned, and Ben was on his way over shortly after that.  Despite a really tough battle... the house just didn't want to give it up... Ben persisted and finally cleared our blockage.  Not only was the customer service top notch, the price was quite fair, especially given that it was after-hours.  Would not hesitate to call All Pro Plumbing again if needed, and would definitely recommend!

Highly disappointed in follow up.  Requested service on a Tuesday and called back on a Thursday to follow up to make sure they did the job on a rental, to only be told that they were waiting on credit card info to pay for a previous work order....even though they had credit card information on file for our company.  Why didn't they call me if they needed further information to process????....and when I ask them this question , then I get a call back from them that they are refusing us service.  Uh, really?  Why, because I called you out for your poor follow up?  I also tried to save the relationship wondering why they didn't want to service our properties, yet their "manager" never got back to me. Was willing to give them a second try....but nevermind.... Crappy Customer service. Won't use them again.

Responded quickly on a Saturday morning, fixed the problem promptly and were very nice and easy to deal with. Thanks guys
