Richard G. from Allen Service Plumbing Heating and Air did a fantastic job for us.  He was prompt (early!), polite, thoughtful, and respectful.  His work was thorough and he always told me what he was going to do before doing the work, as well as asked for permission.  He gave me information about how certain plumbing systems worked in my house in a respectful manner, not in a condescending you probably don't understand because you are female way that others have done in my past experience with service technicians.  He took time to make sure all my questions were answered and answered clearly.  This was at least the third time we have used Allen Service and each experience has been excellent with technicians who are knowledgeable and professional.

Our furnace stopped working overnight last week and so I made a call to Allen Service because they had a coupon for an inspection plus I'd heard about them. The inspection was scheduled easily and completed within a couple hours. We were very satisfied with the customer service and detail from the inspection. While we had to unfortunately replace our furnace, we received outstanding service for the inspection, follow up appointment, and installation. Allen Service staff was knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them. Great work by Paul, Steve H, Zach R, and Dan W

Although Allen is slightly pricier than some of the competition, I found out the hard way that it's worth paying the slight bit extra.the employees are amazing. Everyone seems well educated in the field, super courteous, and their processes are very clean and professional. The way they cover everything with you up front is very easy and clean to understand. They explain, give advice, always have things in stock, etc. Had ac service done by then, and then a gas line installed into my kitchen. Pricey, but worth every dime. The job they did was so clean and looked like it was done by the builders.

They have installed both my furnace and air conditioner and although they are a bit pricier i am happy with the thorough service they provide! Each tech I have worked with have been extremely knowledgeable and respectful! I will continue to use Allen Service for all my heating and air conditioning needs! Would highly recommend!

Thanks for giving me peace of mind when it comes to who to call for quick and dependable service for heating, AC, and appliance repairs. I'm a senior citizen and no longer feel like I have to depend on my sons in law for emergencies. I would recommend your company without hesitation.
