This is by far the best hotel i have ever stayed in! Beautiful rooms and amazing staff! The bartender Tony was the BEST bartender ever. I live an hour and a half away and came here for a little getaway. But i can tell you im coming back very soon just to hang with the bartender and relax in a nice room again!

I thought the rooms were up to date and modern..... but breakfast was weird. You go to a little window and put in an order- if I had to do it again I would not have paid in advance for breakfast when I booked the room... it is definitely not worth the price. Also, it is a fairly loud hotel, I could hear everyone in the halls, definitely more sound proofing needed....Air conditioner was very loud in the room and the thermostat was very finicky to set at the right temp. But lovely pool and lots of places to sit & chat outside. Short walk to Destiny USA mall.

Very nice and modern hotel on the Inner Harbor in Syracuse - really nice to see this beautiful area finally being developed. There's a great indoor pool here, wonderful outdoor areas to sit - and a bar and basic deli/store to buy prepared foods and supplies you may need when staying here. The rooms are modern and unique!

Accommodating in ever Yb possible way. Charlene at the bar is perhaps an actual superhero. Unconfirmed but heavily suspected. 

Place is gorgeous, clean, and fresh.

Now... what you did for my B-Day Charlene, is so far beyond what is expected on the greatest of days... meant a lot to me and my family. Thanks so much.

Hotel has Bliss bath products, some nice views of the inner harbor, and is pet friendly. We had a few drinks at the bar, and got snacks at the Refuel shop. The bed was cozy, and I liked the Bluetooth alarm clock.  Nicole, the woman at the front desk, is a miracle worker! When we first arrived, our room had some maintenance problems. She did her best to get someone to repair them since maintenance had left for the day. When they weren't able to be repaired, she made sure we were moved, and gave us a free drink for the hotel bar, for our trouble.
