I'm glad we found the Parkview. It was reasonably priced, clean and the staff was nice. I have heard some people complain about the beds. This is a personal preference so you can never please everyone. The beds were soft and we liked them. I enjoyed the feel of staying in an older hotel.

Very comfortable beds and a great breakfast included (hot stuff as well as pastries/ceral and coffee). Great atmosphere inside with all the necessities. No late night food service and not too much in the area surrounding the hotel.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was adequate. The rooms were spacious and nice. The beds were comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.

Good location convenient to Downtown and University. Hotel was clean and service was fine. Free breakfast should be skipped.
