This was a comped stay for a previous horrible experience (the strange smell from the bed led me to pull the sheets and discover that the bed we slept on had a stained body impression that looked like someone died there NO JOKE). THIS WAS A CHRISTMAS EVE STAY to get away from home and RELAX. NO SUCH THING!! The room smelled like BO. Stains on floor, stains all over the furniture. THE BED IS HORRIBLE!!! Warped, hard, old. Could not sleep - got up at 2am to change rooms. We check 6 rooms and ALL the beds were hard and old and warped in EVERY room. Desk clerk said all beds are the same in all rooms. She took me to the Courtyard side - showed me a "normal" room, SAME CRAPPY BEDS!! Then she showed me a king suite there - BED WAS NICE AND WONDERFUL and NOT like the other crappy rooms!!! But she couldn't transfer my stay to that good bed due to the "certificate" or whatever. Why do all rooms have these absolutely HORRIBLE beds except the EXPENSIVE suites????? SO NOT WORTH IT unless you enjoy a stained smelly room with a concrete hard old bed. A hotel should have decent beds and be clean, FIRST AND FOREMOST. So what, this place is in a good location - if you have to sleep on a smelly old hard bed then whats the point?? You're paying to get a decent night sleep but they don't care because it's all the other stuff that people rate so good that give this place a decent rating. Wake up folks. Pull the sheets and check your bed BEFORE you lay on it - you might not like what you find hidden under those supposedly "clean" sheets...

Great hotel. I stay here whenever I am in the area and it never disappoints. Good food and great service. It needs another elevator though, very slow. I usually stay on a low floor and take the stairs.

Nice rooms that feel modern, helpful staff. Wi fi is free but a little spotty.

Only complaint would be the coffee room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Great for extended stays.

Great hotel for work. Very nice rooms with kitchen. Breakfast in morning. No room service.
