Food was excellent although a bit over priced for the portion sizes. Service was outstanding. Lighting where we were seated was too low for my liking. Very classy restaurant.

Beautiful hotel, nice clean rooms, excellent room service. Our only problem was at first being told that they were going to move us to another hotel (Sheraton) due to a broken ac in our room. A quick call to the manager sorted it out and got us in a room at the Grande. This was frustrating as I just was coming from my wedding, was in my bridal gown, and am 7 months pregnant - we were a bit upset that someone would turn a pregnant bride away on her wedding night, but management fixed the error so everything was OK in the end.

Went for lunch. Food is ok. Slightly overpriced. Good Ruben though

There is a ton of charm in this place.  The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and most of all CLEAN!!!  They keep it spotless.
