Very comfortable stay, friendly staff, swift check in and out. Centrally located to some great food and drink venues, so convenient to explore on foot. Valet only, which I don't appreciate when most places make the top floors of a parking garage self-service, and their garage had the space to do it. But it was cheap and the valet service was quick. No ATM in the building, and Syracuse seems to start a little late. 8 am and no deli, bank, or convince store was open.

Positives: good location, comfortable bed. Negatives: the first room we entered smelled horribly of body odor (sweat). Figuring it was a fluke we asked to switch, we were quickly and politely reaccommodated but the next room 2 floors up smelled too! So the place smells. No free breakfast, no water bottles, not even a pitcher of water in the lobby. You get the bare minimum for your money here - a little extra effort would go a long way. The bathroom is poorly designed in the bedrooms and the shower needed some work. 5 bucks for a water bottle in the little shop in the front, what a ripoff. Stayed here for the location but would not stay here again.

Disappointed with this hotel and will not be returning. The restaurant/bar did not have the necessary supplies for two out of three drinks we ordered which were on the menu. We tried to order the only dessert item on the menu but we were told it was frozen so not available. Our room was not cleaned for two days only after several complaints to two different managers our room was ready 10 minutes later. We walked into beds bearly made up, nothing had been wiped down and a dirty tub (which I cleaned myself). Unfortunately we have one more night here, let's see what the checkout process will bring us tomorrow. The only positive thing is it's location. There are so many great food places to eat and drink.

Very comfortable room. Friendly service. Location was convenient for the event I attended with colleagues.

Very clean and well equipped hotel in walking distance of funk n waffles and otro Cinco as well as the armory square Staples such as empire brewery and blue tusk. Quite the run on sentence! But seriously, probably the best place to stay in Syracuse since they closed down Chuck's on Marshall Street.
