So my wife decided to drive from Idaho to South Carolina to surprise me. She has never met my family  and wanted to be with me  at my niece's wedding. On her way, she hit what looked to be a railroad spike outside of Morgan Utah just after 2am. The spike went through the rear tire and rim crippling the car. After she changed the tire she drove at a snail's pace to Evanston Wyoming. I called Altitude Evanston the next morning from South Carolina and they were able to replace the rim and tire the same day so that my wife could get back on the road to be here with me. This dealership went above and beyond to help out a complete stranger from a completely different state! I am highly contemplating that when I buy my next vehicle, making the 450 mile drive just so I can give them my business! Dave in the parts department was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help us. I am eternally grateful for his help and highly recommend anyone in the Evanston area to go see him for any of your parts needs! Thank you again Altitude Evanston for making one of the most difficult traveling experiences my wife and I have ever had into a expedited and painless experience. If I could give them more than five stars on this review, I would.

I was coming across I-80 from Indiana to Idaho when my transfer case crapped out. I got towed to Evanston and Altitude penciled me in for the following day as the transfer case was being shipped. When it came in the following morning they got me in and out with no fuss. More than fair on price and transparent on the billable (book) hours. I plan on utilizing there services for oil changes when I pass through and I highly recommend calling them if you find yourself in a bind, with regards mechanical issues and your auto.

I like this place. If I were in the market for a JEEP i'd probably buy it here.

Would not recommend , while I was at work my wife was out and about searching for a used vehicle. Long story short they tried to sell her a 2004 Durango with over 140,000 miles on it for double the blue book value. She didn't know to l I told her and called and left a message with the salesman who tried to sell her this vehicle asking why he quoted it so high. Needless to say he never returned her call. Don't waste your time here , go somewhere where they respect people's money and don't try to charge double for something .

This is what a dealership should be like! I have only dealt with service and parts, but I am impressed beyond words! Polite and friendly does not begin to describe them! After dealing with Ken Garff and Larry H. Miller in Utah this was beyond refreshing! 

When I first searched google for a dodge dealer in Evanston I was misdirected to Ken Garff west valley, this kept me from even walking into the store! I'm glad I finally did!
