I was told i would receive a call back from someone else who could help me make an order. I never got a call back that day.
I called back again a few days later to make my order. That conversation went well. The product i ordered was to be delivered the next week on Thursday and i would pick it up that day. I gave them my name, business name, phone number and expected them to have my product ready for me. Upon pick-up, nobody knew what we were talking about or picking up. They finally tracked it down but i found it very unprofessional. It wasted almost an hour for me.

We highly recommend using this company. By far these are the best guys around town. We have been  roofing for 15 years and have used other companies, but these guys know the products and are highly knowledge able and friendly, and always take care of their customers. We appreciate all the business and look forward to more.

They are knowledgeable about their products (which are phenomenal products) and stand behind them. There's not a better supplier out there for everything from a single home personal project to the busiest of large companies. Every employee of ABR that we have worked with from managers to the delivery guys on the ground have always provided us with excellent service. I buy materials from abr frequently, they have excellent pricing and excellent service. The only material yard around I can get material loads from the same day. I highly recommend them.
