Worst customer service experience ever! As I was discussing an issue with the corporate customer service agent, she interrupted me. I asked her to let me finish, and then she told me I was being disrespectful for telling her that she was being disrespectful. She continued to yell more. I told her that her behavior was the opposite of what customer service is about. She kept going on and on and on, telling me I was disrespectful. I finally hung up. I tried local stores to see who I could talk to above her, to get a better resolution (even though there is not going to be any other resolution that dealing with their subcontract drivers, but I was appalled at how I was treated on the phone), or at least talk to someone, and was told, "she is the top"; "the only other person to talk to is the president". Of which 2 different stores had no contact information for; I also talked to 2 regional managers. How is this acceptable behavior? Bullying to keep people off your back? Arguing to win? Proving yourself that you are right and someone else is wrong? I am only one person with one purchase, but never again with this company. I now understand the negative BBB reviews, and the 2.4 star rating...

I bought the furniture here and it shipped from the Milwaukee location so I reviewed both locations. The sales guy was nice and honest. Told me which pieces will hold up to my cat's claws and which do better for hair and what not... Everything went smoothly and I had my furniture in my basement the next day. I will be going back for kitchen furniture next, totally worth it. Thanks!

Good products - HORRIBLE customer service. I bought a dinner set and a lamp in early April in the Waukesha store, at the moment of the purchasing the product wasn't available in the store and the seller asked 30 days for the product arrives. They supposed to give me a call when the product was ready. After 45 days I had not received any call or email about it, I called to understand what happened and the guy told me I could stop by the store to get my products. I schedule with them for the following weekend and my husband went there in the agreed day to pick up the items. Once there, the guy started to look in the system and looks like my dining table wasn't there. After some minutes looking for the item, they identified that my item was in the truck outside and was going to be delivered to another customer! And guess what, my lamp was not in the store again. The person took notes of our phones again and said will call to confirm when the lamp arrives. Today 70 days after my purchase I still don't have the lamp. I called there and the attendant said the lamp is there and I can pick up anytime..., at this point I just want my money back.

Great value and much better prices than other competition in the area. They also offer same day delivery!

Otis was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our experience. Found a great couch for an awesome price.
