My husband and I were thrilled to find a sectional for our home during the Golden Ticket Sale on 1/27. Our sales associate was friendly and helpful. Delivery was scheduled for 2/7 and came at the time arranged. After the couch was delivered it was a nightmare. It was left in our garage and part of the plastic was not covered leaving it dirty in one section. Than was we got it inside the red bag labeled legs was empty and staples were sticking out. I called customer service with no help. They were extremely unpleasant saying they would call me back and never did. I have now been back and forth with each representative having no idea of our issues as it’s not noted. They keep saying the items are under the couch but they are not we have no zipper section and would be ripping fabric to get under the couch. We now have furniture we cannot use and they are unwilling to help. I would never recommend this company to anyone as they are not willing to fix an error made on their end.

Excellent selection of furniture and accessories including dining room table sets, lamps, framed art work, seasonal products and more! High quality products that stand up over time. Clearance section for discount shoppers. Special fabric orders and designers a plus.

We purchased furniture in mid January 2018, and we still have not received our furniture. Furniture is paid in full on the spot! So the person we worked with have not contacted me, giving any details about the furniture or anything. I’ve been back to the store on several occasions and have even called, wanting to get a credit, discount, or an accommodation for this long wait. All I wanted was this lamp for them to discount it for me but to no avail, they would not. I will never shop at Steinhafels again because they never try to accommodate their customers even after their customer is un-satisfied with the company service. The manager I spoke to for the Capitol store was pleasant however, I don’t believe she tried her best to accommodate me. I may go back to get my money and go elsewhere, since the furniture still haven’t been delivered yet, smdh!!!!

Stopped in just because we were driving by and had time to look around. We walked in and noticed a flyer for a sale on sectionals, which were displayed in front and rather comfortable. We were then greeted and asked what I was looking for. After a few great questions by the design team they directed me to a budget friendly and exactly what I had imagined sectional. I had an amazing experience and will go back for future furniture needs.
