Story

Furniture World Discount Warehouse is a locally owned and operated furniture store that has just celebrated its 30th anniversary. We simply have less mark-up than other furniture stores. We also specialize in closeouts and overstocks that save you even more money. We will match any advertised price on identical items. Our delivery fees are the lowest in town. Either delivery is free, or it's very reasonable, depending on purchase total and location.

You simply cannot beat their prices..  we checked lol. We came in with no intentions of purchasing furniture that day, but you just can't walk away from their deals. It's incredible! Sales staff are so friendly and answered every question I had. They only "complaint" I have is that I have to wait a couple days to get my furniture delivered, but that's only because their deals were SO great this weekend, their delivery team is backed up! Go check them out today, and get your beautiful new furniture for the best prices around!

Had a great experience here yesterday. Was looking for a piece of furniture to use as a bar in my living room. Found just what I wanted at about 60% of the price I had found a similar piece elsewhere. Solid wood. Alexis was extremely helpful. I don't think I will ever buy furniture again without looking here first.

March of 2017 bought a $3500 living room set. It has electric recliners lumbar supports etc.   Well the loveseat looks to be defective and one recliner grinds when yiu put it out,  One arm is leaning out.  The middle headrest on the couch is higher than the others.  We have called several times asking for repair.  Each time we are told the service manager will call... 6 months later and several calls we are still waiting on the service manager to call.   My total purchase that day was $5k you would think they would take care of their customers who make purchases like this... guess not... never again!

If I could give zero stars, I would...... This is the second time we have visited this store, and for the second time, we have left extremely dissatisfied. While going to their black Friday sale for a recliner, we encountered utter chaos. There was no organization to where to go, how to purchase, or even how much inventory was still on hand. The majority of the sales staff was extremely rude to us ( except for Ms. Terry.....the lone bright spot in this place). 

After being told to stand and wait for inventory updates (which were not even known by management due to the high level of confusion and lack of organization), we were then told we had to be IN LINE to be considered, to which several other people were told to do ( by the same staff member that told us to simply stand and wait around.....again, lack of organization).

Once we were in line for about 10 minutes, waiting on the still unknown inventory, another sales person mentioned having a few left to the folks in front if us, who then proceeded to get all remaining stock. 

Instead of receiving an apology for the confusion and possibly being offered another option, we were simply told, rudely, that they were sold out....

We will not be giving this place any of our business. I expected more from a business that has been in business for years. My hard earned dollars will go somewhere else.
