Ms.Gail Smothers took great care of us! She was very patient and answered all of our questions. If I were to suggest someone with great people skills and customer service like no other, I've got to direct you to her! We have always done business at Ashley because they stand behind their products and who wouldn't want the convenience of delivery AND set up?! 
The best part is we weren't hounded by someone trying to make a big commission(so annoying)- Gail is truly about her people and won't try to sell you extras just to squeeze more out of you. If you need it and it's $1000, you got it. If it's only $10, You got it too. Overall a great experience! I'd like corporate to know they have a gem in Ms. Gail!  One vote for her raise!

Gail Smothers was an excellent sales rep who went above and above her call of duty..She wasn't a pushy sales rep but one who gave us time in deciding what we wanted to purchase and helped us every step of the way.  Even after our purchase she is still just a phone call away. Thanks so much Gail and Ashley's Homestore for giving us such wonderful experience in our furniture buying we will definitely be back.

Ashley Furniture in Jackson  TN provided excellent service. Betsy Smith was a great salesperson. Ashley in Jackson, TN delivered quality merchandise at a reasonable price.

My husband & I bought a sofa from Ashley HomeStore exactly one year and two weeks ago. After only having the product for about 8 months, we had to have the framing replaced. A couple of weeks ago we had the same problem happen again but this time, with a little more extensive damage. My husband called  to see what could be done &  because our warranty ran out on January 31st, we were refused service and were told it was up to us to have it repaired, not the companies. He was denied when he asked to speak to a manager on site.  Both the sales associate at the store as well as the repair center, were both extremely unhelpful when it came to offering advice or service. We are extremely upset with the whole situation & will never buy from Ashley again.

Make sure you ask/look for Gina! She will go the extra mile & MAKE IT HAPPEN! She was VERY friendly & helpful. Hope they get commission,  she definitely deserves it!
