Wonderful place to stay! Employee's were so nice and helpful! Never been so impressed! Room was very accommodating and the breakfast was great! Heard from another person staying there that all Mainstays they have been to are just as NICE! We will definitely be staying in another Mainstay on our next trip! Keep up the Fabulous work! 💗

Our family of five fit nicely in a suite. The in room kitchen was a bonus allowing us to store leftover food from restaurants and have cold drinks on hand. The bathroom tub was wide and deep. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Our family also enjoyed the indoor pool. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Excellent overall stay! Rooms were clean and large with enough space for 6 in a double room. The heated indoor pool was warm and cozy on a cold winter night, not overly full. The breakfast was yummy and hot. Line moves fast earlier in the morning (heed the warning of the posted signs). The breakfast has eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, fruits (apples, oranges, and bananas), oatmeal, bear shaped waffles, yogurt, etc. Overall great stay! Would recommend and visit again with family for trips to Dollywood.

Huge room, kitchenette, pull out couch, balcony with river view. Comfortable bed, clean, surprisingly good continental breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Good lcation far enough off the strip to be quiet but close to everything. Trolley stop in parking lot. Will stay here again

We took a mini vacation to the forge and stayed here. The room was plenty big for four adults and two small children. We were very happy to see the indoor pool with extended hours until midnight. Even better was the breakfast, with biscuits and gravy, bacon, eggs, oatmeal, waffles, cereal and pastries. The rooms were large and very clean. Staff was nice and attentive. Overall it was a great value for our money and would highly recommend it.
