Stayed here over New Years.  The room was good, they had a nice pool the place was clean, but the customer service and management blew the whole experience. 

So this review pertains to how the place is managed, which can ruin your whole experience...I checked in on Tuesday the 30th and out on Thursday the 1st. When I made the reservation they said check in time was at 4:00 which I thought was kind of strange because most places its 2 or 3.  I called earlier that day just to confirm and they said 4, so show up about 4:15 to a line out the door with about 15 people in front of me.  I stood in line for 1 hour before I got to the counter.  It took an hour to get 15 people checked in?  These are all people who have reservations, mind you, cause the place is sold out.  

Here are my issues.  My delay could have been avoided easily if the situation was managed correctly.  And by the time I got to the front of the line, there were still 15-20 people behind me still waiting to check in.  

At hotels, you have to check out at 11:00 and some guests leave at 9 or 10.  If you need to hire more house keeping staff to clean the rooms and get them ready by 2:00 why don't you do it?  This isn't a $40 a night hotel, it was $130 per night.  If you're going to tell people to check in at 4:00 why not staff more front desk help between 4:00-6:00?  

If you arrive in Pigeon Forge you might have a 5:00 or 8:00 show.  You can't even check into this hotel until 4:00!! You would have not anyway to freshen up before a 5:00 show and you would feel rushed to get to the 8:00 one.  That means you have to go to the show first and then check in at 7:30 or 10:30 at night.  

You can't tell me that this is the first time, this has happened either.  They should be used to working busy events.  This is a tourist city.  They have many, many sold out nights throughout the year.  This problem was nothing but bad management and bad policies.

i have stayed here 3 different times over the past 2 years.  This place is great.  Clean rooms all updated and great breakfast and great staff.  I will always stay here when i visit .

Went on vacation with family left there this Tuesday. Was an interesting stay to say the least. First night got there between 3 and 4 am .we wake up in morning can't go to bathroom due to no toilet paper. But no fear a cleaning lady knocked on door so I told her our issue. She says well I'm just hear for the dirty towels. I just looked at her puzzled by what she said .I couldn't believe it. Then I said are you kidding me. Well after she sees I'm annoyed by her answer she said I'll see if I can get some . Needless to say that was just the beginning of our 4 night stay .Continued with issues till the very last day Including talking to the so called management Mattie who stood up for such things like the response to no toilet paper.  Crazy world when I was in management I was taught to assist and please my customers. Idk what happened hear joke on us I guess !!!!

My family stayed here last weekend. Very clean. Rooms were large especially the bathroom. We got the two queens and sofa bed for a family of 5. Had a small fridge, safe, sink, and microwave. The kids loved the indoor pool. We also had access to the outdoor pool and splash pad at the Quality Inn next door. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning also. Very pleased for the price. I think I paid $143 plus taxes

Our fireplace in our room did not work and the room wasn’t clean. There were clumps of hair in the tub. Based on reviews we skipped breakfast. The pool did not look appealing, so we skipped that too! The staff we dealt with were nice, but that’s not enough to make me want to stay here again!
