One of our new favorite place to stay while visiting the Great Smoky Mountains. The suits are perfect for two and\or a family of six. The office staff go above and beyond to accommodate your request. The cleanliness is better than most. I recommend for anyone to stay here. You won't regret it.

Didn't have a tub in handicap room even though I asked before hand and they said there would be. Room was told I could check in early so I got there at 1pm wasn't done. But they did get it done by 1:30 so it was a nice jester. I was in back of building where they put a lot of families with young kids that raced by my room until 12 midnight. Then started at 7 am again. Do not get room in back of building too noisy. Had to call office. Breakfast wasn't what people posted. If you like sausage gravy biscuits it was good my daughter said. Otherwise go to McDonald.

I loved this place. Went to pigeon forge with my dad and grandma and we enjoyed our stay. They gave us a handicap room to accommodate my grandmother- even though we forgot to mention it in our reservation. The ladies in the front were sweet and helpful. Breakfast was biscuits, gravy, sausage, fruit, drinks, and a few other things. Rooms were clean. A/C worked. Pool was nice. Overall, this was WORTH THE PRICE. Great deal and we will stay here again if given the chance!

Overall was a nice stay. Outside of Hotel could use some a face lift but the room has been updated. I called last minute to book the room for two nights and they only had one king spa suite available the first night but offered us the double queen spa suite for the second night. They gave us a discount for the trouble which I thought was nice since it was me that waited until last minute to book. We arrived around 8pm and came into the king suite only to realize they had been doing some repairs and hadn't finished nor cleaned the room. I called down to the front desk and the lady was nice and apologetic. She went ahead and moved us to the double queen we were supposed to stay in the second night. I was frustrated but after going into the second room I was kind of glad we went ahead with that room. It was HUGE. Had 2 queens, a recliner, 2 chairs, and a sleeper sofa. Along with a fireplace and very large wet bar. The Jacuzzi was in the bathroom but had two windows that looked into the room at the fireplace/t.v. Thought that was cool/ a little odd. Free breakfast was actually really good. All together it was a nice place and well worth the money.

Great rooms for the price. Nothing fancy but nothing bad. Comfy beds and the heated bathroom was a nice touch! Would stay there again!
